Now that we can add custom content, we need a better way to view and manage that. Things like bulk change for permissions or managing new course versions.

We need quizzes to test whether or not someone has learned what the course is trying to teach.

We need a way to pull modules together that are relevant for a user's job, rather than focused on a specific application. It'd be nice if users could create these themselves.

Courses should state if they require pre-existing knowledge or for other courses to have been completed first.
